1. How quickly can FINECLEAN start?
We have a very comprehensive site set-up system, which ensure a successful transition for both the cleaning operatives and the client. Therefore we always work towards a 2-3 week deadline.
2. How do I request additional work?
We use the latest technology to assist our clients. Each client has their own unique Client Hub, where you can request additional work; view account balance; view appointments/visits; get to know team members who are assigned to your premise.
3. Will it be the same cleaners every visit?
The short answer is yes. However sometimes life gets in the way, people get ill and there are other things outside of our control that happen. We can assure you, though, that we assign team members that are very capable to handle all your cleaning needs, that will have an induction to the site and standards before providing cover.
4. How do you maintain standards?
From a day-to-day perspective, we operate accountability and quantifiable systems. With this, it creates an environment where every team member has pride and is accountable for the work that they produce.
From a managerial stand-point, we do at least one surprise/unannounced visit per month where we inspect the standards, including health and safety, in which our team is or has been operating on.
From a client relationship, we do performance reviews with each one of our clients. Our minimum recommended amount for these meetings are twice per year, however, some clients prefer a more regular basis and we are more than willing to comply. This ensures a great relationship and clear lines of communication between us and you.
5. How much is your hourly rate?
We don’t charge hourly. From our experience, we have evaluated that hourly rates are very ambiguous and send the wrong message to the client and the cleaning operative.
We work from a productivity rate. This means that you don’t have to pay more for us to achieve the standard we promised. We have a minimum amount of time we will spend on your premises but we don’t impose a limit, this means that we will only leave your premises when the job is done. Therefore we will set a day rate which will be used to calculate the monthly breakdown.

6. Do you use your own equipment/chemicals?
Yes, everything required to complete each visit will be supplied, insured and maintained by FINECLEAN®. Any specialised equipment or chemical supplied by you must pass our standard for our cleaning team to use. Datasheets, Risk Assessments and PAT testing will be required.
7. What insurances do you have?
Our company complies with all legal requirements for a limited company in the UK. We have employers’ liability insurance, public liability insurance, and equipment insurance.
These can be provided upon request.
8. What accreditations do you have?
As an em-friendly company and one that prioritises safety, we are proud to have achieved ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 accreditations. We are currently in the process of achieving Alamus SAFE contractor.
9. Who will have access to the premises?
other than the designated key holder, only the Team Leader and Operations Manager will require access to your premises for inspections.
10. How do I know if you are attending?
Using your Client Hub, you will be able to view who is assigned and when they will be attending to your premises. This will reduce the amount of email and telephone calls drastically.
