We don’t charge hourly. We work from a productivity rate. This means you don’t have to pay more for us to achieve the standard we promised. We agree a minimum amount of onsite time, but don’t impose an upper limit, meaning we will only leave when the job is done. Therefore, we set a day rate which is used to calculate the monthly cost. Other than the designated key holder, only the Team Leader and Operations Manager will require access to your premises for inspections.
